Soon, she decided to become an entrepreneur and founded the company in 2010.
Over the years, Kathy's business has grown rapidly and her team has provided trainees from all over the world with a great experience and our local partners with the extra help they need. The business has focused on being lean and sustainable, the its network of partners and stakeholders in the community have grown. Feedback from trainees has been consistently positive and enthusiastic.

After graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies from Munster Technological University, Sinéad spent the next four years living in Melbourne, Australia while traveling in both Asia and South America. On her return to Ireland, Sinéad began a career on the ESL sector where she continued to travel the world as a Marketing & Business Development Executive attending ALPHE, ICEF and Quality English conferences.
After joining the Career Training Internships team, Sinéad began harnessing the organisations existing relationships and forging new relationships with public & private sector partners across Europe who send individuals and groups to Ireland for mobilities and English classes. Sinéad along with the rest of the CTI team managed the trainees’ experiences when they arrived in Ireland by coordinating their orientation, internships, host family accommodation, social & cultural activities, airport transfers, public transport and so on.
With the recent pivot of the business from Career Training Internships to Virtual CTI, which was launched in reaction to the pandemic, all of time that Sinéad and the team had spent coordinating on-site projects has now been funnelled into creating an immersive virtual career training experience that is now available for trainees from all over the world.
