Customer Service Representative Internships
A Customer Service Representative intern provides advice, information and solutions to customers to ensure they have a positive experience with the company.
This role does not require experience; however, 1 year of customer service experience would be preferable.
Common Tasks
- Answering/making calls to customers in relation to queries about their account
- Documenting calls through appropriate computer systems
- Following up on unresolved queries
Minimum Requirements
- English Level: B1
- Passionate about providing excellent service to customers
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
2 Months - €750
3 Months - €850
6 Months - €950
