A Customer Service Representative intern provides advice, information and solutions to customers to ensure they have a positive experience with the company.


This role does not require experience; however, 1 year of customer service experience would be preferable. 

Common Tasks

  • Answering/making calls to customers in relation to queries about their account
  • Documenting calls through appropriate computer systems
  • Following up on unresolved queries

Minimum Requirements

  • English Level: B1
  • Passionate about providing excellent service to customers
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
