Urbanism Internships
Urban planning is a technical and political process that is focused on the development and design of land use and the built environment.
A
remote internship in urban planning would interest you if you can work as part of a team and by yourself and you have an understanding of the principles of regional and urban planning.
Common Tasks
- Assist with collecting and preparing data for various planning projects
- Conduct fieldwork, collects parcel data and searches land records
- Research funding sources and writes grant proposals
- Conduct administration functions like data entry, file management, and customer service
- Assist with note-taking at community meetings
Minimum Requirements
- English Level: B1
- Basic understanding of planning principles
- Knowledge relating to affordable housing, transportation, or land use
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Computer literacy
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Related academic training or related work experience
2 Months - €750
3 Months - €850
6 Months - €950
